Factor 001

This A$42,500 bike, developed by BERU F1 systems, incorporates several advanced technologies borrowed from Formula 1. The bike can monitor advanced biometric data as well as provide detailed information on the torque the rider applies to the crank. This information is displayed on a touch-sensitive screen mounted on the handlebars. The carbon fibre-ceramic disk brakes provide massive stopping power in all conditions, although they’re not stopping much weight – The bike weighs less than 7kg, and is constructed predominantly out of carbon fibre.
